I ted my 485 on sept. 2005. Here is wrong answer for the question below:
"Have you received public assistance in the United States from any source, including the United States government or any state, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment), or are you likely to receive public assistance in the future? my answer is "NO".
But the fact is when I was pregnant and my son was one year old, I got supporting from "Women, Infant and Children" . Should I make correction of this at this time along with the RFE, which is requested for employment verfication letter. Is it OK for making the correction? Does USCIS accept?
Should my hu*****and's application also answer yes fo rthis question?
