renew EAD. Urgent migc2010-02-06 02:41:12

I renewed my EAD on Dec. 31. 2009. I didn't got anything from USCIS. No receipt notice. I alo found they didn't take the money from my bank. My case is in Nebraska Service center. Is there any way I can check or call? Thanks for your help
