One comment about NC:
I inquired the status of my case last Sept and received the written response in Nov saying my case is under security (name) check. However, when I called CSC this year, I was told that the name check result was sent back to their center on March 22 2005. I feel sometime they just use NC as an excuse. Don't worry about it too much until your PD is current.
