Is it Normal? NIW was online approved but did not receive email CTR12006-09-21 00:51:17

Hi,

One question, today I checked my case update in USCIS website and found that my case (I140, NIW) was approved. But my lawyer did not receive an approval email? Normally the USCIS will send an email to the lawyer or the petitioner once the case is processed, is that right? Thank you for giving me an answyer.
