I am extending my H1B visa and I want to extend my wife's H4 visa separately, which means I will submit her H4 extension after I got the receipt of my H1B extension. My I-140 has been approved and our I485s in pending. My wife is working in a company with her EAD. When I look at the I539 form used for her H4 extension, I was confused with several questions:

On page 2.

question 3a: Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
I am an applicant for an immigrant visa (I-140), but my wife's H4 extension is separated from mine. So should I select " No"????

question 3b: Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application? My wife's I-485 is in pending. so it should be " yes".

question 3g: Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the united states since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?
Since I am my wife are both working now, we should select " yes", right? If so, do we have to provide both of us employment information or only show my wife's company information??

Thank you very much.
