I applied I-765 on May, 1 (based on pending I-485 case) at NSC, till now haven’t got the final decision yet. After many phone calls, contact with senator and send mails to CIS many times, just got a letter from CIS, said the case is in an area pending further review. No time estimate for how long it will take, and also cannot expedite or process the case until it is out of this area. Anybody has this kind of experience about I-765 case, what kind of review need to be done for I-765 application? My current EAD will expire at the end of this month, I can not work without EAD, what else can I do to ask CIS do their job? Thanks for any suggestions
