Hi,

I was constantly thread by my LG that he is going to call INS and kick me out of this country so I could not be with my 9 months old baby because there was a time I did not work and I am on H1B visa. Sadly I learned that I am a victim of domestic violence and am going through a lot of consuling.I was told by one of the consulors that I am eligible to file I-360 Form to get GC because my LG is a GC holder and he is abusive. Does anybody know how that works? I don't have copy of his GC and he kept our marriage certificate. What can I do?

Please help! I really don't want to lose my baby....
