AP vs pending Asylum based I-485 phillyeagle2006-09-24 22:57:29

My Asylum based I-485 is pending on security checking (stuck there for 10 months). I applied the AP and received it last week. On my AP application, I mentioned clearly that I intended to go back to the home country. They issued the AP.

Is it risky for me to use AP to go back?

这种情况如果回去又回来，很可能连Asylum身份都搞丢掉的
