EAD Renew Question, Confused about the Mailing Address Kalman2006-09-25 01:56:12

I filed I-485 as dependent at TSC a year ago. Now it is in pending. I also applied my first EAD at TSC, and got approved early this year .

Now I would like to renew my EAD. Some people said that the renewal application should be sent to the original service center where I filed I-485. However, the instruction of I-765 clearly states that the I-765 should be sent to Chicago for all the I-485 pending case except employment-based cases.

Can anybody tell me which one is right?
