Just received email from USCIS that my I-140 has been approved.

My case, EB-1B, in TSC

RD: Aug/31/06
ND: Sep/06/06
AD: Oct/05/06

I had thought to do premium processing because the waiting made me uneasy. But I hesitated since nobody knows what effect the newly-applied premium processing will have for EB-1B cases. So I chose to wait until my cases pending for one or two months. Now it is approved exactly in one month. TSC is trully amazing!

Having got many advices from this forum, I would like to thank people that providing services everyday here for us, and good luck to everyone in the immigration process, be confident we will get the GC.

no, it is approved in 1 month, I did not use it

I didn't use lawyer, it is just prepared by the staff of the uni

I did file 485, nobody knows when it retrogresses again
