Many would need 2nd FP even if name check memo works? mytwins2008-02-14 17:25:51

Several guys today reported their I-485 approval possibly due to this memo, I noticed their PD are in 2004 or 2005, but they had done 2nd FP in 2007.

Since FP would expire in 15 months, I would assume many would have to do 2nd or 3rd FP before I-485 adjudication even if name check memo works, which will again delay our case approval.

I am EB-1b with PD of 09/2006, my FP has been more than 15 months, so without 2nd FP it could not be approved, am I right? Maybe guys with PD like me are the most embarassed ones since earlier ones have done 2nd or 3rd FP, later ones have not expired yet. What is your opinion?

TSC, there are longer ones, though I am not lucky either.

My EB1b PD is March 2005, still pending

May be not. My FP is in Aug. 2006 (EB1A), but my 485 was approv

on Feb. 12, 2008, no second FP.

Did you do 2nd FP then?
