大家：

有一个小问题：我的NC 在下月就满180天了，如果说我的priority date 符合4月的排期，其他140等等都已批了符合条件，那我的case一定会批吗？如果是INS人力不够来不及处理我的case,那么过了4月如又有倒退，我该怎么办呢？processing time 在此时有无有用处呢？
