I have asked your question before, and got you nice help, thank you very much, and now I have a new question.
I am H1 holder, and 485 pending (NIW, PD Aug 05) and have EAD, there is an opportunity to work as a physician assistant, it is only a Per Diem job (weekend time), however, it would be helpful for my physician career. I would like to take it using my EAD, my questions:
If I only take it during some weekend using EAD, what is my status? would I lose my H1? Actually, I donot mind to change my status to AOS, however, my hu*****and is still in China, he can only come here using H4. Could I hold the offer till he get the H4 visa, if so, will he have troubles to get in and stay here till he his 485?
