I am on H1B now, but my company just informed me that I will get laid off in 2 weeks.
My hu*****and is a Green Card holder with 3.5 years standing. I am not confident that I can find another
h1B in a short time. What kind of option do I have if I cannot find another job?
Can I stay here? Is that possible to transfer to F1 or B1 (consider the immigration intention?)
Or do I have to leave the states?
