Xiao bai tu, my two cents, and other experts,
My present H1B (in university) will expire at the end of this year. My boss tries to extend my application, but he doesn't have enough money, and his new funding may be available next Feb.. Because there is a month gap, he wants to give me a part-time offer. If he has new funding next Feb., he will give me a full-time offer. But I am just wondering if H1b position can be a part-time job? If can, do I have to re-apply H1b extension one month later? Is there a minimum salary for full-time H1B? My 485 is still pending (as dependant), and I really hope I can stay with my hu*****and before we get our GCs.
This is the first time I post, please give me any suggestions. Thank you all very much.
