I got an offer from anther group of the same company. The new position is almost the same as my current one. My i140 is still in pending now. Based on what I know, it should be ok for my GC application. My company lawyer sent the four questions to HR for anwsers.
1. Please explain the fundamental differences between the new position and Lee's current position
My answer: no
2. Who does the new position report to?
My answer: Director of another group
3. How are the two positions related? For example, do they work together on projects or does the new position use the work of the the old position, Risk Management as a reference?
My answer: closely related. work together on projects.
4. Please list the requirements for the new position. (Degree, years of experience, etc.)
Is it ok if I put Master degree prefered?
Do you think that question no. 2 and 4 matter? My current PERm is EB2 based. Does this mean that the new position has to require Master degree too? thanks a lot for your help.
