My company just submitted my EAD renewal application on May 28. Now I got the RN and it is pending. My question is " can my employer cancel my EAD renewal application if I leave for another company? or will they?" If I use EAD for the new job, and find my employer cancel the renewal later, then I have to resubmit the renewal again by myself, but the problem is that I may not have enough time to get the approval before my old one's expiry date. What should I do? One way is to wait for the approval and then jump. But I don't know how long I will have to wait. And the new employer may not want to wait me too long. Anybody else has such issue? thanks....
