Urgent please help: Company acquired, file i-485 EB3 AudreyLee2006-10-16 21:47:02

My company was acquired. The company address is not changed, but as a subsidy of another company, my company will change name completely. My I-140 was approved under the company's old name before acquisition. After a lengthy wait, I will be able to file I-485

My questions:
1) Is it required to file an I-140 amendment under the new company's name?
2) If answer is "No" for the first question, Is it required to explain that my company is acquired in the employment letter for I-485?
3) Is it required to explain that I am still and will do the same work as labor certificate says?
4) What else important document about acquisition should be included in the I-485 application materials
