I filed I140 and I485 concurrently last March. I140 approved in May. Last week got e-mail from USCIS said:" On Oct. 12th, the document we made base on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued." Checked with the lawyer and was told that it looks like the case has been approved. Then call the INS and case status is like this:" On Oct.12th, the document we manufactured base on the earlier approval of your case has been mailed to the address on your file." Sounds like this case has been approved. But today got the mail and it is a "ASC Appointment Notice". It asks me to go to get the biometrics captured. I already did this last June. I am really comfued. Is there anybody has the same experience? Please share, thanks a lot!
