本人在网上看到很多大侠都自己准备EB1b（outstanding researcher/professor）的申请材料，有人事部门签字赞助，申请成功。本人现在在一个比较小的大学工作，自己也准备了了EB1b的全部申请材料，可是学校的人事部门做事非常官僚，怕承担任何责任，不肯在I-140和申请信上签字，非要有律师证明我合乎条件才行。我们现在已经找了一个律师走labor certificate方式，但他不肯走EB1b的方式（可能是不擅长这个方面，也有可能怕把握不大）。如果再找另一个律师，又要付好几千刀，实在承受不起。请问各位有经验的大侠有什么建议？万分感谢。
Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. I am a tenure track professor with 6 publications in very good journals and conferences in computer science fild. I have reviewed quite a lot articles from unknown inviters, and my articles has been cited over 10 times. I believe that I have good case to be approved. The hardest thing in this case is how to convenice the human resource that even if I was rejected, they lose nothing. Can you give me some advices on this issue? Your helps are highly appreciated!
