We entered US using AP this past April and we are given new I-94 card saying "AOS, expire April 2007". I will have my H-1b renewed next year before April. So there is no problem for me. But for my hu*****and, he is working with EAD, so he can not renew his H4. Is there a problem for his I-94 to expire? Does he need to do something to extend the date on the I-94 card? What should he do? Any comment? Thanks in advance.
