他们说我没有交FP的费用，但是我去年9月份就做完FP了。是不是他们搞糊涂了。这次是由于上个月搬家给他们打电话通知地址更改，没想到他们压根儿没提新地址的事儿，却说我没交FP的费用。我想问一问，一般如果真的没有交FP的费用，他们也不会让我做FP，对吗？
