Is their processing different? Why LC EB2 got backlog? Who are qualified for LC EB2 and who are qualified for NIW EB2?
Sorry, my lawyer never told me like this. After he evaluated my case, just say I am only qualified for NIW EB2. Then just follow him and filed my case. Fortunately last year I got my I-140 approved and also did FP.
