Please help me! I asked you earlier on how to file I-824. I guess i need to be specific on my case. I am h1-b visa holder. I did not file I-140 or 485. I had my h1-b visa extension notice stolen with my passport. Do i need or my employer need file I-824 or I 102 form? I-824 is to get duplicate copy of approve notice,but i am not sure will the new replacement come with new I-94. I 102 is to get the new I-94, right? Which one do i need file or do i need file both? Thanks a lot.
