Talked to local office on 485 today. SGS2006-11-09 23:31:20

Regarding 485 cases for myself and my wife. Was told that some requests were sent to "your country" to do background check, and "it could take up to 2 years to clear". Has been pending for a year and 2 months. Need to be patient .........

go to www.uscis.gov,use Infopass to do it

what is the chance for FBI to check background back in China?

I think every one need to pass it,but many of them
