Details:
-Sept 2005 485 filer.
-FP twice: 2/2006, 5/2007.
-Case transfered to NSC from CSC in Mar 2007.
-Only updates received were regarding the transfer, nothing else.
-Inquired end of 2006 at local office, was told NC pending.
-Another inquiry through lawers in 2007, same result.
-Never wrote to FL or senators for help, but filed WOM ~4 months ago. Lawer was supposed to talk to the defense lawyer about the case this Friday. Don't know if the WOM helped.
-Wife's case got approved together, same day.
Got tons of help and information from this forum. Thanks all who devote their time here helping others. For those who are still waiting, be patient, forget it and do what you are supposed to do. One day it will come, just like that. Good luck to all!
