ask help on selection of application type (I-485)
Dear All,
I am under OPT based on F1.
Got married last month.
My hu*****and is a US citizen.
Now we want to file I-485, I-130, etc for me.
Regarding I-485, what application type should I choose?
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved (attach a copy of the approval notice, or......
h. Other basis of eligibility.Explain.
If I select a,I do not have a copy of the approval notice since I never apply a visa number.
If I select how should I explain?
Please share your experience if yo have done so.
