I got a job offer from company A and worked for company A.
Company A is run by a and c.
Company B is run by a and b.
a and b are a couple. c is a's business partner.
I get paycheck through company B.
On my W2 form, the company name is B too.
I am in OPT based on F1.
Now I am filing family-based green card application.
Should I just say I work for company B to avoid any inconsistency?
Same question for this year tax report.
