I am the U.S. citizen. My parents came to visit me in Sept last year. Their B2 visas will be expired on Mar 06,2008.They just agree to apply for the PR. My questions are:
1) Do they still have enough time for the applications? can they wait for the process in china if they go back there?
2) which forms do I need to fill?
3) if they stay with me, do they need to apply for the visa extension when they are waiting for the results?
