EB3, PD:12/01,I485 pending 27 months, last fingerprint: 10/5/05, latest LUD: 11/7/06. CSC.
received a letter from USCIS today, saying:
"The status of this service request is:
Pending - All I485 cases that are previously considered beyond JIT processing are being re-assessed. The cases that are fingerprint ready will be reviewed and scheduled for an appointment. Cases with expired fingerprints will be rescheduled. Your case will be adjudicated under Sec 201 (b) in the order it was received. You will be notified by mail once a decision has been made on your case. please allow 90 days before inquiring in reference to the status of these cases..."
What's this mean? What's sec 201 (b) mean?
