Can anyone share some information on this?
Just got back from China with H1B which will expire in July 2009. However, the Passport Control officer stamp is only to May 01, 2007 on my I-94 because my passport will expire on May 2007. Do I have to obtain a new I-94 after I renew my passport in May 2007? Thank you.
