本人97年来美，2001年10月申请EB3 LCA。今年9月排期到。同时递交I-485和I-765。10月初收到receipt，11月6号收到Fingerprint notice。昨天收到I-765 RFE（NSC 11月3日发出)：
Photo ID: The black and white photocopy you ted are not accepted for the identity document requirement because they do not clearly show the facial features of the applicant. It is recommended that you a COLOR photocopy slightly enlarged or the originals of the documents listed below.
A current photo identity document such as a passport, a driver's license or other type of photo ID. The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the biographical information.
虽然申请EAD90天后，若未批准，有权得到临时EAD。但信中指出RFE用时不在90天中。
个人认为，RFE原因有二。一是NSC 想拖时间。二是EAD所附照片与护照相片差别较大（十年了，能没变化吗？）。
在此提醒朋友们注意，申请EAD时，最好带上驾照彩色复印件，避免类似麻烦。
