On I-485, the 6th question in Part 3 is 'Have you ever been a member of, or any way affiliated with, the Communist Party or any other totalirian party?' I think some of you were members of the Chinese Communist Party. How did you answer when filing your I-485? If you choose, you have to explain it on a seperate sheet. Is it serious if you choose "Yes"?
