简单有效加快Name Check
2006年8月底给布什夫人写了一封信。一周后case被NSC转到local office.再一周后收到NSC寄来的Transfer notice.再两周后local office发出inteview通知，时间定在11月中旬。
11月第一周收到FBI的来信告知Name Check完成并且结果被转到了USCIS.
这是写给布什夫人的信：

The process has been over X years in total and now everything else is ready except that FBI name check has been consistently pending for a lengthy more than (X time).
Here is my information:

FBI的回信：
Dear Mr. XXX:
Your letter dated MM DD, YYYY, directed to Mrs. George W. Bush concerning your name check status for immigration purposes, was forwarded to the Department of Justice and subsequently referred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for reply.
A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database revealed that your request was received from teh United States Citizinsip and Immigration Services (USCIS) on MM DD, 2005. This submission was processed and finalized on October DD, 2006. The results were forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters, Washington, D.C.

From the date I sent out the letter to Mrs. Laura Bush to the date I got it approved by interview, it's exactly 2 and a half months.

I sent fax, email and a 37 cents letter. Note that the FBI response referred to the 37 cents letter.
Just to be safe, I sent the 37 cents letter to the following address with the print out of the attached letter and my signature:

我用的是公司的信封。打印出来的信用的是带公司水印的公司正式用信纸。打印完，签名37 cents寄出。最好Name Check pending 1年及以上，我的是14个月。当然完事后不要忘了给布什夫人写一封感谢信。
