我的case情况：
EB2
PD 2002年8月
140在2005年6月批准
485在2005年6月递交(concurrent)
2005年8月底打的指纹
已经确认pending Name Check.
现在我实在不想干目前的工作，想休息一段时间。请问有什么办法？
我目前的想法：
1）跟公司说一下，1 year or 6 months unpaid leave of absence due to family reason.
2)有一个公司愿意给我future offer letter. So I can use AC21，and I don't need to work till getting 485 approved
3) Taking advantage of the future offer letter, I may spend the whole time outside of the US and transfer it to Consulate processing. When it gets approved, I come back.
我的意愿是想休息至少一年或半年，在美国或不在美国都行。
请问有什么行得通的办法没有？
另：为什么有时候485 RFE 要过去三个月的pay stub?
Because EB-based case is for future employment, RFEing pay stub doesn't make good sense to me.
If I have a future offer letter or I can get an unpaid one year of absense but I can't pay stubs when being RFEed, what will happen?
