I have a question about the name check.
We applied the U.S. and Canadian green cards at the same time last year. Both our I140s of the EB1 and NIW got approved this June, and we also got Canadian immigration visa. We are waiting for the I485 approved. We filed the I485 in last May. It should have the result now. But USCIS people told us they are doing the name check. My question is, does the application of Canadian green card affect the name check? Thanks for any commons.
