Waiver-no receipt from TSC 4wk j-1er2004-02-15 15:11:55

Hi, Waiver Applicant:

I got my recommendation letter from DOS four weeks ago. But I haven't got anything from BCIS in Texas Services Center so far.

I contacted a friend who got the recommendation letter the same week as me. He got the receipt from Nebraska Center one week later.

Any other friend has similar experience ?

Any relevant information is welcome.
