I just got my 140 approved. I did choose AOS in my 140 form. I am preparing the 485 documents now. I am thinking just thinking_:o to switch to CP. Is it easy since I have not filed my 485 yet. My case is LC/EB2 and my PD is current. Thanks for your help!

Another question is does CP need FBI name check? Will it be faster? Thanks!!!
