Does anyone know when does the dependent's advance parole application will be approved? My hu*****and estimates that his application will be approved within 2 or 3 months. However, he's not sure about mine as one of the friends told us my application will be granted after he got his I-140 approved, which may take 1 more year from now.Our lawyer is unaware what our friend says. Please advise. Thanks.
