HiEveryone; Please give your opinion on my situation. I have applied EB1b and NIW on April 2005, both I140 have been approved. My I1485 has been attached to EB1b, my case is now on security check. I want to transfer my I485 to NIW because there are too many restrication for EB1b for changing job in the future. Does anybody know how to do it? Thanks in advance!
