my lawyer has filed my I-140 application with permium services on Nov 20 via federal express, so far, I have not see USCIS withdrawl the checks yet, how long should I wait? premium services state 15 calendar days, that mean 15 calendar days after they issue recipt notice or 15 calendar days after they accept my application. by the way, those calendar days include weekend or not
