perm and 140 have been approved. Can not file 485 due to backlog. Can I switch to part time h1b (still working for the same company A and in same position) and work on second h1b full time for company B? After my PD becomes current, I will switch back full time for company A simply to wait for my GC to get approved. Would this seneriao work? (Company A allows me to do that) I am really not sure about the definition of "future job" and wondering that part-time deal will jeoparidize my GC application since it might weeken my intention of staying in company A as a permernant job placement. Any advise? Thanks.
