He is a naturally -born US citizen, he caught his ex-wife cheating on him with another guy in their house, and he reacted violently and got jail time. Now he is on probation.

MartinLu2003315, I know US citizen on probation cannot vote. They lose their citizenship rights temporarily. Does that mean he cannot apply GC for me since he lose his citizenship temporarily?
