我持H1，我的 Financee是美国公民，以前因为他当场catch 了他的妻子在他们家cheat on him, 当时反应过激，结果被 convicted assault and battery. 现在他刚从监狱里出来不久，已离婚，但还在probation 中。请问probation下结婚是可以的吗？ probation 会不会对绿卡申请造成影响？需不需要等probation 过了后才能为我申请绿卡？
