On December 15, 2006, we transferred this case to our LINCOLN, NE location to conduct the interview that is a standard part of processing this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS.
My case is in Texas center and I am in Indiana. Should they transfer the case to local office instead of NE service center? Did they make a mistake? What should I do? How long would it take for them to set up an interview?
Any suggestions are really appreciated. Thanks!!!
