Questions about traveling and AP wxyaya2006-12-27 22:47:22

I am a H1 holder, I just got the PERM approved, the attorney will file the 140 and 485 and AP and EAD together,my wife and the babies will go back to China in middle April, so if before they leave, the AP is not approved yet, can she still use the H4 to enter US? I suppose she can after I did some homework on this question, but the real problem is, I need to go back to get them back later because we have two babies, and I have time to wait for the AP approval, so when we come back together, if I use AP, can my wife still use the H4 visa?
