help needed for e-filing i-765 laozhong102006-12-28 19:11:49

I am trying to electronically file the i-765 for renewing my EAD. In the e-form, there is one place that needs me to choose which BICS office granted my previous EAD. I remember last time when I did it, I sent the I-765 form to Chicago Lockbox. In this case, should I choose "USCIS national headquarters"?

Also, for the "current immigration status", should I choose "UN-Unknown" given that my I-485 case is currently pending.
