I am going to send out the I-765 form for the renewal of my current EAD. Please help to check if the following materials have included everything that is required for the petition:
a filled and signed 765 form, of course;
a money order of $180 as the filing fee;
a copy of i-485 receipt;
a copy of my interview record (I already had the final interview for my i-485 petition, currently waiting for the result of name checking on FBI part);
a copy of my current EAD card (back and front)
I believe the i-94 was collected by the officer who interviewed me for 485 petition. So I guess I don't need to send any copy of i-94.
