I-140 approved, I-485 pending, want to use AC 21 to change job! brooooo2007-01-04 19:15:01

I am thinking of switching job after I hit the 180 day mark. A friend of mine did it a year ago and his lawyer advised him not even bother to tell USCIS. He got the GC shortly after switching the job. I wonder if anyone has similar experience?

Again, I-140 is approved, I-485 is pending for 3 months and currently extending H-1.

Once I-140 is approved, it can not be revoked, no?
