I had a on-campus job on my F-1 visa from 9-2002 to 5-2003, and I have a off-campus job on my OPT from 6-2003 through present.
I got Form 1042-S for the year 2002 from my school, and two W-2 forms from both my school and my current company for the year 2003. The problems are the W-2 from school doesn't have any wage or income on it, all it has is SS tax wages & Medicare tax wages that I paid. Also,on the W-2 from company, they charged me for SS tax & Medicare tax (I know that I am not surpose to pay these two taxes on a F-1 visa)
Moreover, I got Form 1098-T from school for all the tuition that I paid, and tax statements from my banks for the interests that I got from my savings accounts. I don't know whether or not I should include these two things in my tax return.
I am just so confused right now, I don't know exactly how I should file the tax return. If anyone has any idea, please give me some suggestions, thank you so very much!!
